Ashok Goyal is the Chairman and Managing Director on the Board of our Company. He has over 46 years of experience in production, finance, marketing, focusing on plastic moulding and manufacturing. He started his career as a partner with a partnership firm, Excellent Moulders, through which he built his expertise in the plastic moulding and manufacturing industry. He is also on the board of our Material Subsidiary, Polar Elektric Limited.
Nishi Goyal is the Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Calcutta. She was associated with one of our Company Dolswap Business Private Limited and was bestowed with the responsibilities of overseeing accounting and financial management activities of the organisation. Dolswap Business Private Limited has now merged with our Company. She has been serving on the Board of our Company since 2024.
Kanishk Goyal is the Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a Graduate Degree in Management (GDM) from International Management Institute from Brussels. He has also completed Diploma in Planning and Management from The Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi. He has over 15 years of experience in the Plastic Industry. He has been serving on the Board of our Company since 2011. He is also on the board of our Material Subsidiary, Polar Elektric Limited as Managing Director.
Mohit Saluja is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Ranchi University. He also holds Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Fakir Mohan University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Being currently associated with Manav Investment & Trading Company Limited (of the BK Birla group of companies) as a Company Secretary, he is responsible for undertaking various functions including ensuring conformity with the regulatory provisions and secretarial aspects. He was previously associated with Dalmia Securities Private Limited and Fresh Aisle Retails Private Limited. He has over 9 years of experience in the field of Corporate Governance and Law. He has been serving as an independent director on the Board of our Company since 2024.
Piyali Deb is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 11 years of experience in Secretarial and Compliance Functions and was previously associated with Dalmia Securities Private Limited and VFS Capital Limited. She is presently associated with Arthamatetech Private Limited, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She has been serving as an independent director on the Board of our Company since 2024
Anurodh Bhanbheru is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He has completed the Bachelor’s of Commerce Examinations of the University of Calcutta. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of Accounts and Taxation. He was previously associated with Subhankar Chattopadhyay Production Private Limited. He has been serving as an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since 2026.
Raman Murarka is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company and has been associated with our Company since May 01, 2026. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Indian since 2010. He was associated with the finance department of our Material Subsidiary, PEL, for a period of 8 years. At our Company, he is responsible for aligning financial policies with Company’s overall business objectives while developing long term financial goals capital allocation plans.
Sunita Shah is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has completed Bachelor’s in Commerce from University of Calcutta. She has obtained Post Graduate degree in the field of Commerce from University of Calcutta. Being associated with our Group for more than 9 years, She is responsible for undertaking various functions in our Company including ensuring conformity with the regulatory provisions and secretarial aspects applicable to our Company. She joined our Company in 2024
