Mohit Saluja

Mohit Saluja is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Ranchi University. He also holds  Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Fakir Mohan University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Being currently associated with Manav Investment & Trading Company Limited (of the BK Birla group of companies) as a Company Secretary, he is responsible for undertaking various functions including ensuring conformity with the regulatory provisions and secretarial aspects. He was previously associated with Dalmia Securities Private Limited and Fresh Aisle Retails Private Limited. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of Corporate Governance and Law. He has been serving as an independent director on the Board of our Company since 2024.
