Sunita Shah

Sunita Shah is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has completed Bachelor’s in Commerce from University of Calcutta. She has obtained Post Graduate degree in the field of Commerce from University of Calcutta.  Being associated with our Group for more than 9 years, She is responsible for undertaking various functions in our Company including ensuring conformity with the regulatory provisions and secretarial aspects applicable to our Company. She joined our Company in 2024
