Piyali Deb

Piyali Deb is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 11 years of experience in Secretarial and Compliance Functions and was previously associated with Dalmia Securities Private Limited and VFS Capital Limited. She is presently associated with Arthamatetech Private Limited, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She has been serving as an independent director on the Board of our Company since 2024
